30 y/o Tramp, Maxine Feldstein from Arkansas was given 30 YEARS in Prison but half was suspended by a judge after she pretended to be a sheriff's deputy and tried to break her boyfriend out of JAIL!!

She plead guilty to several charges including criminal impersonation

She presented false paperwork to the Washington County Detention Centre on July 2018 which fooled jailers into releasing her boyfriend, Nicholas Lowe who was in jail for simple drug possession

Lowe plead guilty to third degree escape and was given a one year jail term. With credit for time already served taken into account, he will be out in AUGUST!!

It took the police 2 days they were duped by a deputy named "L. Kershaw". They only figured it out when a real deputy made the call to say he was coming to collect Lowe

Nicholas convinced his girlfriend to use the excuse that they were having issues with overcrowding and all low priority extraditions were suspended

Nicholas must abide by a 5 year suspended sentence after he's released

Video surveillance showed him walking out the front door and the plan was hatched when she showed up to visit him.

Warrants for their arrest were issued and both were booked back into jail as the sherrif's office will evaluate how to correct this so it never happens again.

Nicholas was only a "low priority" criminal and would have been out in just a few months..and in an ironic twist, he got his partner sentenced to a REAL PRISON for 15 YEARS of her life.

He claimed innocence and said his daughter made the allegations over "strict parenting" and told the court "I stand before you convicted of crimes i did not commit. I simply believe the system just erred in this case. I'm not sure why i'm here but i assume it's for His purpose"

He was found guilty by a jury on 9 felony counts including rape, incest and sexual battery. He is now seeking a NEW TRIAL

Texas and Boston accents reigned supreme as the most sexiest while New Jersey and Long Island, New Yorkers were ranked DEAD LAST!!

New York City has given plenty of marquee names from Lindsay Lohan and Jerry Seinfeld to Alec Baldwin and Billy Joel but not enough to raise its sexiness

Fargo inspired both a famous movie and tv show while the Minnesotan accent followed close behind at the bottom of the list at the 48th spot

California as a state made the top 10 sexy accents but from those in the San Fernando Valley didn't fare so well

The infamous "Valley Girl" accent may have been immortalized thanks to classics like Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Clueless but all those "likes" and "you must be totally buggin" weren't found to be sexy.

It was the "howdy y'all" Texas bumpkins that won the top spot while Boston, home of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon that took second

Brian Kolfage who was severely wounded in a 2004 rocket attack in Iraq had more than 22 million raised for the project back in December

The Florida resident however is having repeated questions about the progress of the wall and attention has turned to his mini yacht that he said he bought a year "before" he began the gofundme appeal.

But a source at the Stern Facts says he is now living a high flying lifestyle saying "Whether he ordered it last year with the year before is irrelevant, it's still nearly a million dollar boat. Those new toys are very expensive as is flying private"

He previously posted pics of him on private jets with pricey cars. Back in February he posted in front of a plane "It looks like our first piece of land for @webuildthewall is a go!"

But after a lack of progress, 300,000 individual donations one supporter asked "I am very disappointed in you Brian Kolfage, where are the progress photographs". Another added "Quit talking about it and do it. Why no updates on the status of the wall? have a feeling this is a scam"

In an apparent attempt to alleviate their concerns, he posted a video on FB to show steel boards being cut in the factory and said "Just when we thought the fake news media couldn't get more ridiculously desperate, they're now proving how low they'll go by claiming that Brian Kolfage bought a mini yacht with the Gofundme money. It takes simple sills to see that the boat he bought and posted on instagram was purchased a year before he began the gofundme"

It's not clear how this private effort would interact with any federal plans sought by Trump to build the wall with government funds in many of the same areas

On his personal FB, when accused of misusing funds he said there's no update because they have to be silent for a reason and said there will be a good "present" very soon. He lambasts liberals and the ACLU would file a lawsuit to impede their "wall" success

Buzzfeed reported back in January that his program worked with military hospitals including Walter Reed but all of them said they have no record working with him

Gia E. Oney, chief of public affairs for Landstuhl said "We have no record of a donation made in his name"

However, 17% of Americans said that the "idea of man-made global warming is a hoax that was invented to deceive people"

Scientists agree that humans are a driving factor contributing to climate change due to dramatic increase in greenhouse gases over the past century but it hasn't stemmed the tide with global carbon emissions continuing to rise along with temperatures.

The Introgovernmental Panel offer a grim warning saying that the world has just 12 years to get its act together to prevent a major global fallout

Margaret Klein Salamon said the widespread refusal to believe that humans play a role in climate change is a direct result of misinformation campaign by powerful political influencers and said "The Koch Brothers and the fossil fuel industry have put billions of dollars into lying to the American Public, even sending literature to science teachers in schools. The mother replied back and vowed to correct her son's behaviour as she shared the facebook direct messages that referred to her as a "social justice warrior trash" because he didn't like the Gamespot reviewer's opinions!!

He said to her "Hi u stupid f****** SJW ****. Can you ever learn to shut ur f****** **** mouth b****"

She promptly passed on the offensive words to one important woman in his life that said "Hello! You don't know who i am but your son does. I thought you might want to know the kinds of messages he sends to women he doesn't agree with. He sent me this because i wrote a review of a video game"

She showed her 30,400 twitter followers how the parent responded including follower Gordon Ramsay and said "This guy sent me hate on FB so i told his mom on him. She was really nice about it"

The mom said "I am so sorry. He is 37 years old and i am so going after him. He definitely has problems. I will straighten him out!!!"

The post had over 200,000 likes and 22,000 retweets as many gamers were displeased with her review of a 5/10 on Days Gone

She wrote that Days Gone lack purpose and the characters whose actions and motivations don't make sense. She also criticized a white male character ogling a woman's behind in the game and said his actions go uncriticized.

The Chicago Cubs has BANNED an anonymous fan leaned over to the camera and flashed the WHITE POWER SIGN behind an african american field reporter during Tuesday's game at Wrigley Field!!

The cubs sent a letter to the bearded jello who flashed the offensive sign in the back of former Cubs outfielder Doug Glanville who was working for NBC Sports. The team wasn't able to contact him by phone and didn't publicly identify him.

Crane Kenney, the President of Business Operations said the fan could be PROSECUTED if he steps foot in their stadium again

Julian Green, a spokesman said "The individual responsible will not be welcome back at Wrigley Field"

The man purchased his ticket on StubHub as another fan reported the gesture to the team by text and by the time a security guard arrived, the man was eliminated

The gesture is associated with the juvenile "circle game" where someone makes a circle with their index finger and thumb and holds it below their waist. If they can trick a friend or sibling into looking at it, they can punch the person in the shoulder

The gesture however is now associated with white supremacy after 4chan freaks and white supremacist groups have used the symbol to show who they are around the world.

Green said however that it doesn't matter either way as it was bad judgement on that fan's part and said whether sophomoric behaviour or some other stunt to use in connection with a respected journalist who happens to be african american was ignorant.

The decision sparked debate as some argued it was racist and others said he was just playing the circle game

Former Baseball Fatty Curt Schilling is one of the most vocal on the ban calling it outrageous

President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein called the gesture "truly disgusting" and said it gaev him shivers to watch that

A White Virginia Police Officer who cursed at black middle school students and PROMISED to publicly apologize at their school has BACKED OUT of the agreement and will no longer honour the signed agreement because he's SCARED of them!!

The officer, whose name isn't being released said he can't "handle" the large setting to the kids he offended according to Richmond interim police chief William Smith. The chief confirmed the officer was white however

A video was recorded in March showing him rolling down his window at Albert Hill Middle School kids and said "Wait until your asses turn 18, then you're mine"

He apologized to those students and their guardians last week and signed an agreement with them to publicly apologize at a school assembly to resolve this situation but has now backed out of it and said he can't do it

The Chief said he's sorry for not upholding his agreement and said "But since then, he has reconsidered that promise and no longer feels he could handle the much larger setting of a school assembly. He wants me to pass along his sincere apology for what he said that day and add another apology for not being able to meet with the entire school. I believe that if there is any good that has come out of this, it is that the Richmond Police Dept has developed stronger, much more positive and hopeful"

Student Cameron Hilliard who filmed the incident said someone from outside of their group yelled "f*** the police" as she and her classmates were on their way to an after school program.

The 13 y/o said it wasn't their group that said it but the officer put his car in reverse and singled them out and asked them who said it and then told them to MAN UP before making another remark at them

She showed it to her mother, Keisha Curry who felt like a comment like that is disturbing to middle aged kids and said "It makes us think that some officers can be rude and not all officers are here to serve us"

As a result, the officer was removed from patrolling the area and will undergo "mandatory remedial training" and has expressed regret for his actions and he voluntarily requested to speak and apologize to the parents and signed an agreement to speak to the school about it but has now backed his way out of it leaving everyone confused.
